Giorgia Zanellato and Daniele Bortotto founded Zanellato/Bortotto Studio in Treviso, Italy, in 2013.
Their first project Acqua Alta series is dedicated to the city of Venice and it was presented at the Salone Satellite in Milan in 2013.
The project stands out immediately, starting the commitment to a long-term research focused on the relationship between places and the incessant passage of time.
Zanellato/Bortotto collaborate with several Italian and international brands and their work has been exhibited in galleries and institutions such as MAXXI Museum in Rome, Triennale Design Museum of Milan, Somerset House and The Aram Gallery in London.
In 2015 they are named Young Talent of the Year by Elle Decor Italia. They have won international awards such as the NYCxDESIGN award from The Interior Design Magazine in 2016, the Red Dot Design Award in 2017 and the Good Design Award in 2018.
